Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with EmpowerHer Ventures, you agree to the following: Scheduling & Rescheduling: Sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may result in the session being considered used and are not eligible for a refund or credit. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened accordingly. If EmpowerHer Ventures is responsible for a delayed start, the full scheduled session time will be provided or another arrangement will be made. Plan Sessions: If your session is included as part of a purchased plan, it is subject to the session limits, expiration date, and other terms of that plan. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the plan period unless otherwise stated. Financial Education & Coaching: EmpowerHer Ventures provides financial education and coaching. Sessions may include discussion of your financial situation, goals, financial concepts, strategies, and available options to help you make informed decisions. Services do not constitute individualized investment, securities, legal, tax, or accounting advice. EmpowerHer Ventures does not make financial decisions on your behalf. You remain responsible for evaluating your options and determining what actions are appropriate for you. Consult an appropriately licensed professional when needed. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and for all decisions and actions you take before, during, or after a session. No Guaranteed Results: Financial circumstances and results vary. No specific financial, investment, savings, debt-reduction, business, or other outcome is guaranteed. Confidentiality: Information shared during private sessions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to provide the service. Technology: Virtual sessions require a reliable internet connection and appropriate device. If significant technical issues prevent a session from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule when appropriate. Acceptance: By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Booking Policy.
