EmpowerHer Ventures was created with a bold vision: to equip women with the tools, confidence, and strategy they need to launch and grow successful businesses. At the heart of the brand is founder Cara, a seasoned business mentor, real estate investor, and financial services consultant with over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 institutions on regulatory compliance and business strategy.

Cara entered the eCommerce world in 2015 and has since built and operated three online stores, including a thriving online gift shop. She also invests in real estate properties and understands the value of diversifying income and creating long-term wealth.

What started as a passion for entrepreneurship has evolved into a full-blown mission to mentor and empower women through digital products, workshops, free business resources, and one-on-one coaching. EmpowerHer Ventures is more than a business, it’s a movement built to help women launch with clarity, scale with confidence, and lead with purpose.

Cara’s teaching philosophy is rooted in empowerment, she doesn’t just build businesses for her clients; she teaches them how to do it for themselves so they can grow independently with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Fun fact: When she’s not helping women launch their dream businesses or investing in real estate, Cara is off exploring the world—she’s visited all 50 states and numerous countries. Travel fuels her creativity and inspires the global mindset she brings to everything she builds.
