Our Founder
Cara is the founder of EmpowerHer Ventures and a leading voice in women’s financial empowerment.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cara has worked extensively as a consultant in regulatory and financial crimes compliance, serving major global institutions. She holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, an MBA, and is a Certified Financial Coach with a mission to make financial literacy both accessible and transformative.

Cara is also a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor, with experience spanning multiple online businesses and a family-run property investment portfolio. Her deep knowledge of finance, combined with her real-world entrepreneurial success, allows her to bridge the gap between financial theory and real-life application.

She founded EmpowerHer Ventures to demystify money for women who are ready to stop surviving and start building whether that’s through money management, launching a business, or creating long-term wealth.

When she’s not helping women get their finances together or investing in real estate, Cara is likely planning her next trip. A lifelong traveler, she’s visited all 50 U.S. states and 20+ countries, drawing global inspiration into the work she does every day.
