Cara is the founder of EmpowerHer Ventures and a leading voice in women’s financial empowerment.
With 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cara has worked extensively as a consultant in regulatory and financial crimes compliance, serving major global institutions. She holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, an MBA, and is a Certified Financial Coach with a mission to make financial literacy both accessible and transformative.
